What is MOM School of Excellency ?

Education is the process of developing in a systematic way the intellect of the human being, such that he is capable of assimilating, understanding and deciding the course of action to achieve a pre-set goal. At MOM School of Excellency, "Education for all" is of great importance. Our mission is to provide education to students coming from economically backward families as well. In other words, MOM School of Excellency intends to bring good quality education to the doorstep of the poor as well. A highly qualified team of trained staff, guides the children to think, reason and develop independent problem solving skills. Our staff is dedicated to work in a missionary spirit. Teachers are willing to devote themselves to the noble cause of spreading education which is the aim of MOM School of Excellency..

Vision of MOM:

Literacy in the present day scenario plays a vital role in determining the standard of civilization of a particular country. Universal literacy is, therefore, the goal of every nation. Considering the importance of English, the accepted global motion and to keep pace with any other advanced countries of the world, MOM School of Excellency evolves its policies to stress on high standard English literacy which pave the way to brilliant academic success.

Aim & Objective of MOM :

The objective of teaching a child is to enable him to act independently with confidence and unfold his capabilities to learn with interest. Tests and examination are conducted in order to assess the progress of the child. Stress is laid on giving individual attention to each student for class room study and to complete home work assignments. Each section is of 30-40 students and efforts are made to provide enough stimuli and cultivate the mind instead of mere cramming of books .The focus is on enabling the child to develop self learning skills during class room teaching rather than compel a dependence on private tuition as techniques are constantly introduced to make the teaching learning process more effective and enjoyable.

Activities of MOM :

An array of co-curricular and extracurricular activities complements the academic courses to enrich the life of the School community and to help the students develop physically, emotionally and socially.
Physical education is given as much importance as academics. Pupils are provided ample opportunities to play a wide variety of games both indoor and outdoor games during the School hour as per the provision in Time-Table under the supervision of trained PET’s and coaches appointed for the purposes. .
